Our three year in-house course designed by the Full Gospel Church is the minimum requirement for those who desire entrance into the ministry order of the Full Gospel Church of God. The programme provides comprehensive Theological and practical training for learners, with an emphasis on a Classical Pentecostal approach and ethos. This programme is currently in the final stage of the application for accreditation at the Council for Higher Education (CHE).
Alternate Ministry Programme (AMP)
The programme provides a basic introduction and overview of the Christian Theology and articulation possibilities to the Hons BA in Theology.

The North-West University (NWU) is the second largest university inSouth Africa and its Potchefstroom Campus boasts one of the largest Open Distance Learning Units in the higher education sector. The Full Gospel Church of God in SA and the North-West University Potchefstroom Campus signed a Memorandum of Agreement on Wednesday 30th October 2013. This memorandum stipulates that the Full Gospel Church of God College is now utilised as an Open Learning Centre of the North-West University Potchefstroom Campus. By utilising the facilities of the Full Gospel Church of God College in Irene, Pretoria as an Open Learning Centre of the NWU one can enrol for the following :-

The Hons BA is an advanced degree in Christian Theology, which builds on a first degree in Theology / Biblical Studies or an equivalent qualification. Successful completion provides possibilities of an MA in Theology

The programmes for study listed below are available through the Machaira Learning Support Centre (LSC). The Curriculum will come from the Full Gospel Church of God College (FGCC) in Irene, Pretoria, SA and the LSC will use the materials already available.

them, the Full Gospel Church has designed and developed the Alternate Ministry Programme (AMP) to theologically equip people for ministry.
Making sure that we are true to our value of being faithful to our Pentecostal heritage! This three-year in-house programme is exclusively for the Full Gospel Church. The course is only available on a part time (distance learning) (correspondence) basis and is extremely affordable. Students on this programme do not write examinations, but instead
complete a Portfolio & Workbook as Portfolio of Evidence.
The programme is one year non-accredited short course designed by the Full Gospel Church of God and includes a three month practical at either of the Mission Stations. Students on this programme do not write examinations, but instead complete a Portfolio & Workbook as Portfolio of Evidence.
